Chocolatada Fundraiser for the Backbone Campaign

The Backbone Campaign's "CHOCOLATADA" event with the giant puppet SNOWFLAKE & my "Constitution" drop. Kevin Joyce & Moi are in twin Tuxes as Esperanto & Francois and Janet McAlpin is the stilting Madame X. Having pledgers do the WAVE in the audience like in a sporting event was a really powerful way to illustrate the impact that cumulative giving creates. People loved the event. Bill Moyer is the director in the middle of us all. http://www.backbonecampaign.org/

Dark Carny

My wife, Arlette Moody & I as Dita & Guto in our duet mini opera/cabaret DARK CARNY. We are repackaging it this coming weekend as BERLIN CABARET....to make it palatable for a private party at Connie Thayers, being thrown in honor of her friend who is turning 65 (But looks 45 I'm told) We LOVE performing with these characters!

Maitre De

A lovely 60th Birthday party for Natalie Yount at the Palace Ballroom. Produced by Martha Enson & EnJoy Productions. I MCed the event as the Maitre De, Monsieur Ettienne Beauregard, who bossed around the Bell Hops, FiFi (Below, Leah) and BonBon (Alexander), as well as the narcoleptic janitor, Azzizello. Martha played the cocktail waitress LuLu, who was always trying to get me to notice her (to no avail) as she did her hoop act. We had a hand balancing act by Cory Tabino, Incredible tango dancing by Argentinians Maite Valdez and Carlos Barrionuevo. I read the Birthday girl a lovely autobiographical poem and live music was by performed by the gypsy jazz band Pearl Django. FiFi - Bell Hop

T-Day Song Cartoon

Here's a Thanksgiving Song I wrote for JibJab's ECard holiday release. Evan Spiridellis is the Art Director AND my brother in law. He and his bro Greg worked with me to tweak it into perfection. It's really fun to make a song, and then see what animators do with it. Check it out! Personalize it. Send it! http://sendables.jibjab.com/sendables/202592/be_thankful

WSFA '09 Convention

Here's Arlette as the Queen of Hearts at The Washington State Fair Convention posing with our booth neighbors robot puppet. We showcased the Wonderland Tea Party and premiered the Chicken Rider puppet. Both were super popular. Hopefully it will translate into lots of work!
AND here's a Video Link the WONDERLAND TEA PARTY show. It's short!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MZC4ivtdh0c

Jack Frost

Jack Frost is a character that I've done for a couple of years through Frank Harlan Comedy Entertainment. Once at the Show Box and once at the Space Needle. I forget the name of my Winter Faeires, but they are lovely.

The Ghost Game: Dead Gods

I MCed this amazing aerial performance by The Cabiri as my Guto character. The performance was a mythic romp into the darker side of Dieties and I was the comic relief. Aerial photos below are of the Art Directors John Murphy and Charly McCreary.

Gin Joint Jitterbugs - Art & All That Jazz

I was hired through my Chameleon Performance business to create the Gin Joint Jitterbugs as roving entertainment for the Vashon Allied Arts annual art auction. Arlette Moody (my lovely wife with black fringe dress) was the torch singer, Cee Cee LaMone, performing "All that Jazz" & a Betty Boop version of "I want to be loved by You". David Godsey (Dark suit) and Janet McAlpin (running with wine bottles) rounded out the cast. The lovely flapper in blue is Janice Randall, performance producer for the Blue Heron Art Center. TuTu Man

Susan Brotman hired Enjoy Productions, who hired ME to be TuTu Man!! For her 60th birthday Extravganza at McCaw Hall...(The Auditorium is named THE Susan Brotman Auditorium after all.) It was a great gig. I was a flamboyant, totally absurd character, who MCed part of the night and flitted about for the rest. I have the costume, and have faith that TuTu Man will return again. This is TuTu Man with Susan Brotman
And these people...I have no clue...forgive me
